Hangar-door opening automated on truck arrival
The problem
Every truck arrival tied up a person: identifying the vehicle, opening the right hangar door, logging the passage. Minutes lost on every rotation, and traceability that depended on the discipline of the moment.
What we built
Automated control of hangar-door opening on vehicle arrival: detection, compliance check, opening trigger and logging of every passage. This is the system we now replicate for driver check-in and access control.

The problem
Landowners don't know how to unlock the value of their land, nor how to navigate the complex technical and administrative steps of a land division.
What we built
A website and an AI land-division engine: it assesses a plot's subdivision potential, provides interactive mapping, and triggers an automated pre-study to confirm eligibility. All coordinated through to sale.

An AI that continuously watches over animal welfare
The problem
Farmers lack a reliable, continuous indicator of their animals' welfare. Manual monitoring remains partial, subjective and time-consuming.
What we built
A monitoring platform (TellCozy) combining 24/7 infrared cameras and sensors (temperature, humidity, CO₂, ammonia, climate), with behavior-analysis algorithms and daily AI-generated reports. The farmer reads the state of the herd at a glance, traffic-light style.

Thermal mapping of buildings, from paper to heatmap
The problem
Diagnosing heat stress in livestock buildings relied on a slow, error-prone manual workflow: paper grids, handheld sensors, Excel re-entry, then maps rebuilt in PowerPoint.
What we built
A web app that digitizes the whole diagnosis: building-plan editor, multi-parameter input, automatic calculation of heat-stress indices (THI, HLI), interpolated heatmaps and PDF reports with an action plan. All backed by a versioned scientific engine.
